How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
I don’t have Credit Card, how do I proceed?
You can choose bank transfer.
Please note: products will only be delivered once payment is received. This may cause a delay of up to 3 working days.
What if I don’t have PayPal?
You don’t need to have a PayPal account – Simply follow the payment prompts and choose PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal website and from there, you can choose to pay either with your account, or directly with your Visa or Mastercard.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use secure payment Paypal for all our automatic payments. You don’t need to have a PayPal account – you can simply pay with your credit card.

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?
Despite our strict controls, product defects and print mistakes sometimes do occur. All defective products will be exchanged or refunded immediately and without question. In this case, Spreadshirt will refund all postage costs. Please make sure to correctly stamp all returning packages. We will reimburse all postage expenses ex post. Please do not return anything before contacting our Customer Service at service[at]spreadshirt.net, explaining the defect and stating the order number. We will tailor an individual exchange process. Our Customer Service will let you know about this procedure.
Still not received anything 2-3 workdays after shipping confirmation?
After goods have been shipped you will receive another confirmation email. If you do not receive the products within 2 to 3 working days of this email being sent (orders from islands or foreign countries may incur a longer delivery time), the delivery company is responsible for the delay. In such case, please do not hesitate to contact us stating your order ID number.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. the shopping cart will show you shipping options and calculate the actual shipping charges based on your country.
When will I receive my order?
95% of our orders leave production within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed and paid. For about 5%, we need a little longer.
In order to process your order, the following conditions must be met:
We have received your payment (through advance payment) or you have provided us with complete and valid payment information (by credit card payment)
Product is in stock
Delivery address is complete and correct.
We deliver through Deutsche Post and DHL.
How do I wash my shirt?
Thank you very much for choosing one of our high-quality products. To ensure lasting enjoyment of your product, please note the following care instructions:
wash inside-out at maximum 30°C
do not dry clean
do not tumble dry
iron inside-out, at medium heat, without steam
avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent them from sticking together
Tip: T-shirts with fl ock print designs last longer if they are washed with liquid detergents.
Where are your shirts made?
They are all manufactured and printed in Germany.
